By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

The Site is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products. Your use of this Site is also subject to applicable Shopify policies.


1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at our discretion.


2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cancel any product at any time.

  • If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a refund or store credit, as applicable.

Product Images & Colors

We strive to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and photography limitations. Such variations do not qualify as defects.


3. PRICING & ERRORS

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors related to pricing, descriptions, or availability, even after an order has been placed.

  • In such cases, we will contact you with available options.


4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities per customer, household, or order

  • Cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or automated systems

If an order is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.


5. PAYMENTS

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and authorized third-party payment gateways.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Apple Pay (where applicable)

By completing a purchase, you authorize Kavadea to charge your selected payment method for the total order value.


6. SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7–10 business days

  • During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take longer

Shipping Timelines

  • India: Typically delivered within 7–14 days

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Partners

  • India: Delhivery / DTDC

  • International: UPS / FedEx / DHL / USPS

Carrier selection is based on operational efficiency.


7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Local taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.


8. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO SENDER (RTS)

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer will be responsible for all incurred shipping, duty, and handling charges. These will be deducted from any applicable refund or store credit.

A ₹200 RTS fee will apply to cover reshipment handling.


9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that appears damaged or opened:

  1. Take clear photos before opening

  2. Contact hello.kavadea@gmail.com immediately

  3. File a claim with the courier partner

Claims without proper documentation may not be accepted.


10. READY-TO-SHIP & MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Ready-to-Ship Products

Products marked as Ready-to-Ship are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit at actual courier charges

Store credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.


Made-to-Order Products

Products marked as Made-to-Order are crafted specifically for you and therefore:

  • Not eligible for return or exchange

  • Our team confirms sizing and key details before production begins

Once production has started, such orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.

We follow this policy to ensure every piece is made responsibly and consciously, reducing waste and overproduction.


11. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Ready-to-Ship Products

Products marked as Ready-to-Ship are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit and adjusted at actual courier charges

Store credits can be used across the website and are non-transferable and non-refundable.


Made-to-Order Products

Products marked as Made-to-Order are crafted specifically for you and therefore:

  • Not eligible for returns or exchanges

  • Our team will confirm sizing and key details with you before production begins

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.


Why We Follow This Policy

We follow this approach to ensure that every Kavadea piece is made responsibly and consciously, reducing waste and overproduction.
Each garment is crafted with intention—not mass-produced, not disposable.


Important Notes

  • Discounted items remain final sale

  • Kavadea reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving store credit

  • Items returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted


12. ABANDONED PACKAGES

Returned packages will be held for 30 days.
After 30 days, the order will be deemed abandoned and will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.


13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site—including artwork, images, text, graphics, logos, and designs—is the intellectual property of Kavadea Lifestyle Private Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission.

Use of bots, scrapers, spiders, or automated systems is strictly prohibited. Orders placed through such means may be cancelled without refund.


14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked on this Site. Any concerns should be directed to the respective provider.
