At Kavadea, every order is fulfilled with care, quality checks, and intention. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly confirm all details before completing your purchase.

Orders are processed between Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled at our discretion.

Most of our products are made to order to promote conscious fashion and reduce waste.

For ready in stock items, we dispatch within 3–7 working days of the order.

Standard domestic delivery within India takes 2–7 working days post-dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, international orders are handled on request. Please email connect.kavadea@gmail.com with your order details and shipping location. We will share the estimated cost and timeline.
Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not include the 24-hour order processing window.
LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Kavadea is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Responsibility transfers to the courier once the package is handed over. Please contact the courier for claims or investigations.
