RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on kavadea.com, operated by Kavadea Lifestyle Private Limited (“Kavadea”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. PRODUCT CATEGORIES
For the purpose of returns and refunds, Kavadea products are classified into the following categories:
- Ready-to-Ship Products
- Made-to-Order Products
The return eligibility and refund method vary by category and are detailed below.
2. READY-TO-SHIP PRODUCTS
Eligibility
Ready-to-Ship products are eligible for return or exchange subject to the following conditions:
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Kavadea
Refund Method
- Approved returns for Ready-to-Ship products will be issued as store credit only
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance
- Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit
- Shipping charges are calculated at actual courier rates
3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Made-to-Order products are created specifically for each customer.
- No returns or exchanges are permitted
- Our team confirms sizing and order details prior to production
- Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged
This policy is in place to ensure responsible production and avoid unnecessary waste.
4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please notify us within 2 days of delivery
- Email connect.kavadea@gmail.com with clear images and order details
- After review, Kavadea may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at its discretion
Claims submitted after 2 days of delivery may not be accepted.
5. DISCOUNTED ITEMS
- All discounted or promotional items are final sale
- Discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
7. RETURN TO SENDER (RTS)
If a shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
The customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and handling costs.
An RTS handling fee may be applied and deducted from any applicable store credit.
8. ABANDONED RETURNS
Returned packages will be held for 30 days from the date of receipt.
After 30 days, the package will be deemed abandoned and will no longer be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
9. NON-ACCEPTABLE RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
- The item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
- Original tags or packaging are missing
- The return request falls outside the allowed time frame
10. PROCESSING TIME
- Store credits are issued within 7-10 business days after return approval
- Processing timelines may vary during peak periods
11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Kavadea reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the update.
