Design Story:

This T-shirt “The Shining Leaves” has been inspired by the densense forest of Ramnagri (Ayodhya) in which Sharvana lost his life to the arrow of king Dasharatha. The intricate zari embroidery is a representation of the shining deer which caused an illusion in the king's minds and ignited his desire to conquer the shining object. In his greed to conquer the deer, the king accidentally killed his nephew.

Upon realizing his mistake the king had no other option but to encounter the curse of Sharavana’s Mother, entering into the cycle of “Paap and Prayashchit”
